Terms & Conditions: Resort fees and service charges are included in all dive packages. Rates are in US dollars and are based on double occupancy. Other surcharges may apply. The $40 Mandatory Marine Park entry fee is not included. Blackout dates may apply. Rates are subject to change, and packages may be discontinued at any time. This package cannot be combined with any other special. All room occupants must book the same meal plan. Additional meal plans and diving are available and can be booked separately.

Reservation Policy: For all reservations booked outside of 30 days of travel, a one-night deposit will be due at the time of booking.  The remaining balance will be charged in full 30 days before arrival.  Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations are available up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit a one-night room charge and taxes. This does not include airfare cancellations or changes. Flight cancellations are subject to airline cancellation policies. Divi Resorts is not responsible for changes in airfare pricing

Change Policy: Reservations can be changed without any additional fees; however, if your new reservation is rescheduled outside of the sale dates and during peak travel dates, you will be responsible for the difference in cost.

No-Show Policy: Reservations that no show will be charged a one-night penalty per stay reservation.

Limit two children per room. Package reservations bundled with airfare are subject to airline provider change and cancellation policies. Divi Resorts is not responsible for any additional fees associated with these changes.
